Construction Management Services

With our construction management services, we will assist you throughout the construction process of your home, providing the following: 

​

  • Assist with Pre-construction services: Budget, Subcontractors, Vendors etc.

  • Review plans for code compliance for permits.

  • Work with your lender for pre-approved financing.

  • Assist you by phone and making site visits as needed.

  • Help with issues with subcontractors and vendors.

  • Act as "Builder of Record" for your lender

Does not include:

  • Daily management of project including the scheduling of subcontractors and vendors. Unless you would like the full service subscription.

  • Handling of any funds for the project. All payments are made by the client.

Services

We provide a few levels of services. The pre-construction and construction management services are only for local customers within 25-50miles of Oklahoma City. (Some exceptions may apply) For those out of state, we have another option for you below.

 

Pre-construction Services ~ Fixed amount depending on the project $3,500-$5,000

This is the initial deposit to get started on the project. Deposit is non-refundable. In this phase we can help you with everything needed to start breaking ground.

Monthly Subscription for ongoing consulting

​

Construction Management Consulting ~ $995.00/Month + Fuel

Includes all of the services listed above with 2-3 site visits a month. 

​

Full-Service Construction Management  ~ $1,495/Month + Fuel

We will help you with the process from start to finish.

​

Remote Consulting Services ~ $325/month  (available to homeowners anywhere in the US)

We will be available to consult over the phone to give suggestions throughout the building process, discuss contractor bids, help with the building order, offer suggestions on the finish out of the home, etc. Each month, up to 4 hours of time are included within the fee, any additional hours will be $75/hr.
