Grace Hawes
Interior Architect
Grace Hawes is an Interior Architect going on 4 years of experience in the Residential Design industry. She studied at Oklahoma Christian University and received her Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture with their CIDA Accredited program. While pursuing her degree she was able to intern with Greg James Designs in Summer of 2021 where she learned much more about the Residential Design process. I currently assist the Greg James Designs Team in any design needs they have! Grace looks forward to continuing her career in Interior Architecture while continuing to learn and grow in the industry.

Danitza Lora
Architect
Danitza graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from FAU. With experience in mixed-use, multi-family, and single-family designs, Danitza has developed a passion for residential architecture, where each project is a unique reflection of the client's personality and vision. Specializing in creating spaces that people will call home for years to come, Danitza finds great joy in the personal connection that residential design gives. A fun fact: when not designing, Danitza splits time between Miami and Chicago, two cities so different that it feels like getting the best of both worlds—beach vibes and city skylines!
Greg James
Founder and Lead Designer
Greg James is the founder and lead designer at Greg James Designs. With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Greg specializes in designing and building custom metal building post frame homes
Beyond his design expertise,Greg is a passionate art collector. He enjoys the thrill of the hunt, scouring art markets and galleries for unique pieces to enrich his home.

Rachel Bottelman
Architectural Designer
Rachel Bottelman is an architectural designer with over six years of experience in both residential and commercial design. She’s passionate about creating spaces that feel welcoming, intentional, and uniquely tailored to each client. Known for her collaborative approach and thoughtful communication, Rachel brings a sense of calm and trust to every project - ensuring clients feel truly supported from concept to completion.
Rachel designed and built a tiny house with her husband, nestled among the pines on a bluff in Northeast Iowa. It’s their quiet getaway and a personal testament to the beauty of thoughtful design.
